He brings years of experience in various skilled areas, one of which is roofing. He understands the importance of ensuring the team leads from the heart, and not the wallet. He brings a positive and creative mind to all meetings and all the various tasks he oversees.

Brendan doesn’t stray from learning new things and understands the value of a mistake and how to learn from it. This is one of his keys to success as he demonstrates hard work and a never give up mentality that allows him to create good professional and personal habits through his life. He is also able to help his team develop these same habits.
