Read More He did a thorough inspection both on top of the roof and in the attic. As it turns out we had “visitors” in the attic that chewed up our a/c vents, causing condensation. But this review is to give credit where credit is due. While we did not need to have any work done to the roof, we will certainly call on KAM if we ever need a roof repair or replacement. And this is because of the lasting positive impression left by Kaleb. There are so many dishonest trades that will tell you anything to make a buck. Kaleb was thorough - checked both the roof and the attic, showed us pictures - he was also courteous, polite, and most of all HONEST. I’ve dealt with plenty of trades and estimators over the years at our home, and I can confidently say he is the only one who I am submitting a positive review for (when no work was even needed no less!).
